摘　　要：《车站行车工作细则》是铁路车站行车组织工作的基本规定,其编制质量和学习落实等工作,对车站运输效率和安全保障起到重要作用。根据车站作业标准化发展方向,结合实际工作,回顾总结《车站行车工作细则》的演变过程、主要内容、编制原则、编制时机和编制方法,研究分析当前管理现状,针对存在的问题提出解决对策,形成《车站行车工作细则》管理工作的具体措施,并在实践中应用,推动车站行车组织工作高质量发展。Rules of station operation is the basic regulation of railway station operation organization.It manages the compiling quality and learning and implementation,plays a decisive role in the transport efficiency and security of railway station.According to the development direction of station operation standardization,combined with practical work,discusses the evolution process of Rules of station operation,the main content,compiling principle,timing and establishment method.It analyses the current management status,raises the countermeasures for the existing issues,creates station traffic rules for management of specific measures.Applies it in practice and reach high quality development for the station traffic organization.
