摘　　要：铁路机车车辆制动系统使用最为广泛的EO型卡套式接头普遍存在泄漏问题,影响铁路运输安全和效益。通过分析EO型卡套式接头密封原理和泄漏途径,得出引起接头泄漏的主要因素有安装拧紧力矩、钢管硬度、钢管壁厚、管端截面垂直度、预装压力值和预装模具等。采取控制拧紧力矩、选用合适的管材及其加工设备、提高预装合格率、定期检查预装模具状态、选用合格的卡套式接头等措施,预防EO型卡套式接头泄漏。The leakage of EO ferrule-type joint,which is widely used in railway rolling stock brake system,affects the safety and benefit of railway transportation.By analyzing the sealing principle and leakage path of EO ferrule-type joint,it is concluded that the main factors causing leakage include tightening torque,steel tube hardness,steel tube wall thickness,tube end section verticality,pre-installed pressure value and pre-installed mold,etc.Measures such as controlling tightening torque,selecting appropriate pipe and processing equipment,improving the qualified rate of preassembly,regularly checking the state of preassembly mold,and selecting qualified jacket joints are taken to prevent leakage of EO ferrule-type joints.
