摘 要:对承压设备变形量的精确计算有利于确保化工装置支座设计、管线安装等工艺的可靠性。然而尚未发现考虑端部封头约束的圆筒形容器在介质压力、温度等载荷作用下的轴向变形理论解,为此,基于旋转轴对称结构的平衡方程、物理方程、变形协调方程和边缘效应,推导了含球形封头的厚壁圆筒形容器在介质压力载荷作用下的轴向位移理论解,并与数值计算结果进行了对比分析,验证理论解的可靠性,表明该理论计算表达式可用于指导工程实际。Precise calculation of the deformation for the pressured equipment is conducive to ensuring the reliability of processes such as the support design and pipeline installation of chemical equipment.However,the theoretical solution of the axial deformation of the cylindrical pressure vessel subjected to the flow pressure,temperature loads,etc.considering the constraint effect of the end head has not been found.Therefore,the theoretical solution of the axial displacement was derived for the cylindrical pressure vessel with a spherical head based on the equilibrium,constitutive,cauchy equations and end effect,and was analyzed and compared with the numerical calculation result.The reliability of theoretical solution was verified,showing that it can be used to guide the engineering design.
