摘 要:延安气田位于山高、坡陡、塬、梁、峁、沟等地形较复杂的陕北地区,管线起伏多、起伏大,同时该气田单井产量较低,产量下降较快,从而导致管线携液能力差,极易发生积液,影响井区的正常生产。通过分析造成积液的成因,以现场易积液管段建立模型,着重分析积液导致的管道流动性差、冻堵、管道及设备腐蚀等问题,并从前期设计、工艺优化改造、生产管理等方面提出预防对策,可以降低管线积液发生的频次。Yan’an gas field is located in the Shanbei area with complex topography such as high mountain,steep slope,tableland,ridge,mound and gully.The pipeline has many ups and downs and has large fluctuation,at the same time,the production per well of this gas field is low,and the production declines rapidly,which lead to poor liquid carrying capacity of pipeline,liquid accumulation is easy to occur,which affects the well area normal production.By analyzing the causes of the liquid accumulation,the model was established based on the field easy liquid accumulation section,focused on the analysis of pipeline fluidity,freezing and plugging,pipeline and equipment corrosion caused by liquid accumulation,from the early design,process optimization and transformation,production management and other aspects,preventive measures were put forward,frequency of pipeline liquid accumulation can be reduced.
