摘 要:文中采用有限元软件Orcaflex对海管浮拖式铺设过程进行了数值仿真,针对水面拖管、管道对接和整体下放过程分别建立了有限元分析模型。结合国内工程实例,通过计算分析得到拖航牵引力、水平对接及下放时舷侧吊机的布置和浮筒设置等数据,同时分别校核了每个分析工况下的管道强度,为工程应用提供参考。The laying process of the submarine pipeline by surface tow method was simulated through the finite element software Orcaflex,a finite element analysis model was established for the process of surface towing pipe,pipeline butt joint and overall laying.Through domestic engineering example,the calculation results about the towing force,arrangement of davit and buoys during tie-in and lay-down were obtained by the calculation analysis,and the pipeline strength for each case was also checked respectively,which can provide reference for engineering application.
