摘　　要：惠安堡-银川长输原油管道于2017年7月1日至8月11日控制每日运行时间输送,但受炼厂恢复生产的不确定性影响,多次调整管道运行方式,保证管线输送平稳。通过控制启停输量,检验了管道的适应性,保证宁夏石化炼厂年检工作,并为"三高"原油长输管道低输量运行提供参考。The Huianpu-Yinchuan Long-distance Crude Oil Pipeline controlled the daily operation time transmission from July 1,2017 to August 11,2017.However,due to the uncertainty of refinery’s resumption of production,the operation mode of the pipeline has been adjusted for many times to ensure smooth pipeline transportation.Through this control of the start-stop volume,the adaptability of the pipeline was tested,and the annual inspection of Ningxia Petrochemical Refinery was successfully guaranteed,thus providing reference for the"three high"crude oil long-distance pipeline low-volume operation.
