摘　　要：女子蹴鞠作为中国古代蹴鞠的一个重要组成部分,有其独特的表现形式和发展规律。从汉代至清代,女子蹴鞠经历了始发期、兴盛期、畸变期、衰亡期四个阶段。女子蹴鞠越到后世,在整个蹴鞠活动中占据的地位越突出。女子蹴鞠具有重要的历史文化价值,通过它可以窥见历代中国的社会风尚、文化气象、民间习俗以及女性生存状况。As an essential part of Chinese ancient Cuju,female Cuju has its own manifestation patterns and development rules.From the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,female Cuju went through the four stages of emergence,thriving,distortion,and decline.Alongside the progress of history,female Cuju became more prominent in Cuju activities.Therefore,female Cuju represents a window with important historical and cultural value to have a glimpse of social customs,cultural landscapes,folkways and female living conditions in different historical periods of China.
