摘 要:为了提高平台主机减振和隔声效果,以某船用柴油机为研究对象,开展浮筏-隔声罩集成减振隔声方案设计。建立系统有限元模型,计算柴油机额定转速下的振动响应和振级落差,对浮筏隔振性能进行初步评估。通过模型试验,进一步评估了安装浮筏、隔声罩后的减振和隔声效果。结果表明,采用集成减振隔声装置后,柴油机机脚-基座的横向、纵向及垂向的隔振效果明显提高,并且改善了原始单层隔振方案中能量集中频段的噪声,隔声效果显著,设备空气辐射噪声得到了较好的控制。该集成减振隔声方案试验效果明显,可为深水半潜式支持平台主机的减振隔声集成设计提供参考。In order to improve the vibration and noise isolation performances of platform diesel,the floating raft with acoustic enclosure of a marine diesel is designed.Based on the finite element method,the vibration responses and the acceleration level differences of the diesel under the condition of rated speed are calculated.A modal experiment is carried out to estimate the floating raft system and the acoustic enclosure system.The results indicate that this system meets the design requirements and is of good vibration isolation effects in the transverse,longitudinal and vertical directions.The whole diesel gains the better effects of the noise isolation and absorption with the acoustic enclosure.The designed system improves both the vibration and noise isolation performances of the diesel,which can also provide some useful reference for other marine machines with similar engineering problems.
