摘  要:采用SRAP分子标记法,对榆林市榆阳区南部山区21个杏树(Armenica spp.)品种进行扩增分析,从分子水平上揭示榆林市榆阳区南部山区不同杏树品种之间的遗传差异性,结果表明:利用SRAP技术对杏树基因组进行随机性的PCR扩增,可获得大量的多态性条带,准确、真实地反映出杏树的种质基因组特点。21个供试材料可分为3个类群,其中第Ⅰ类中的供试材料1号为田园选中火红品种,株高明显高于其他供试材料;而第Ⅱ类中的供试材料7,16,17,19,20号多为优一品种,它们之间的遗传相似系数极高,系数区间为0.682%~93%。Twenty one Armenica spp.varieties in southern mountain area of Yuyang District of Yulin City were amplified by SRAP molecular marker method.The genetic differences among different Armenica spp.in southern mountain area of Yuyang District in Yulin City were revealed at the molecular level.Result shows that a large number of polymorphic bands could be obtained by random PCR amplification of Armenica spp.genome by SRAP technology It truly reflects the characteristics of Armenica spp.germplasm genome.Twenty-one tested materials can be divided into three groups,in which the plant height of No.1 in class I is significantly higher than that of other tested materials,while most of the materials 7,16,17,19&20 in class I are superior varieties,and their genetic similarity coefficient is very high,the coefficient range is 0.682%-93%.
