摘  要:为进一步优化自由人槭(Acer×freemanii)的增殖培养和生产健壮的苗木,开展了增殖培养周期和壮苗培养优化试验。结果表明:为提高增殖效率,以28 d的增殖周期增殖倍数最高,达3.89倍。在壮苗过程中无须添加任何细胞分裂素和生长素即可为实现壮苗。试验结果为自由人槭组培苗优化提供依据。In order to further optimize the proliferation culture of Acer×freemanii and to produce robust seedlings,an optimization experiment on the proliferation culture cycle and strong seedling culture was conducted.Result shows that in order to improve the proliferation efficiency,a 28-day propagation cycle is more appropriate,with the highest value-added multiple of 3.89 times.No cytokinin and auxin can be added in the process of strong seedlings to achieve strong seedlings,and the test result provides a basis for the optimization of tissue culture seedlings of Acer×freemanii.
