摘　　要：目的调查医院静脉输液治疗的现状及输液工具使用过程中存在的问题,并分析静脉治疗质量持续改进的效果。方法对医院2016年8月~2019年4月期间住院并进行输液治疗的5871例患者进行横断面调查,采用PDCA循环的管理方法对医院的静脉输液质量进行管理,比较连续4年的数据结果。结果实施PDCA循环管理模式后,4组的留置针敷料的固定与维护规范率、导管的固定规范率均提高,输液工具使用并发症的发生率降低,4组比较存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论今后将基于紧密型横断面调查的质量持续改进模式应用到"汕大模式"的医联体成员单位中,从而提升医联体的整体静脉治疗质量。Objective To explore the current situation of intravenous infusion therapy in our hospital and the existing problems in use of infusion tools and to analyze the effect of sustained improvement in the quality of intravenous therapy. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 5871 patients who were admitted to our hospital and received infusion therapy from August 2016 to April 2019. The quality of intravenous infusion in our hospital was managed by PDCA cycle, and the data results across four consecutive years were compared. Results After implementing the PDCA cycle management, the standard rate of fixation and maintenance of dressing of indwelling needle and the standard rate of catheter fixation in the four groups were improved, and the incidence of complications during use of infusion tools was reduced. There were statistical differences among the four groups(P <0.05). Conclusion In the future, the model for sustained improvement of quality based on intensive cross-sectional survey will be applied to the member institutes of medical consortium of "Model of The First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College", so as to improve the overall quality of intravenous therapy in medical consortium.
