摘 要:本文首先分析了国外航空机电系统诊断与预测产品的功能、性能及特点,然后对航空机电系统诊断与预测研制流程进行了分析,接着对可应用于航空机电系统的先进诊断与预测关键技术进行了全面分析,主要包括基于任务剖面的跨系统交联实时故障仿真与验证技术、基于模糊神经网络专家系统的故障模式识别、基于数据驱动的部件剩余寿命预测、基于性能衰退特性的健康状态评估、基于自适应技术的诊断预测模型修正等方面,最后结合国内的研究现状,论述了航空机电系统诊断与预测技术发展过程中需要关注的主要问题,希望能够为航空机电系统诊断与预测技术应用起到一定的推动作用。This paper first analyzes the functions,performance and characteristics of foreign aviation electromechanical system diagnostic and prediction products,then analyzes the development process of aviation electromechanical system diagnosis and prediction,and then carries out the key technologies of advanced diagnosis and prediction that can be applied to aviation electromechanical systems.The comprehensive analysis mainly includes cross-system crosslink real-time fault simulation based on task profile,fault pattern recognition based on fuzzy neural network expert system,remaining life prediction of components based on multi-parameter fusion,health status evaluation based on performance degradation characteristics,and adaptive based technical diagnostic prediction model correction and other aspects.Finally,combined with the domestic research status,this paper discusses the main issues that need attention in the development of aviation electromechanical system diagnosis and prediction technology,hoping to play a certain role in promoting the application of aviation electromechanical system diagnosis and prediction technology effect.
