摘　　要：【目的/意义】中国自加入WTO以来,农业利用外商直接投资的规模不断扩大,在推动农业经济快速发展的同时,也给生态环境带来了一定的压力。分析农业利用外商直接投资对农业面源污染的影响,可以为各地政府制定适应当地环境的引资政策提供参考。【方法/过程】基于2002-2016年中国30个省级面板数据,利用固定效应模型对我国农业外商直接投资的环境效应进行实证检验。【结果/结论】研究结果表明:农业利用外商直接投资规模的扩大显著增加了农业面源污染排放量。此外,农业GDP增长和农业资本劳动比的上升加剧了农业面源污染,而农业技术投入则减轻了农业面源污染。据此提出优化引资政策、完善城乡环境保护配套设施、增加农业科研经费投入和加强农村环保教育等建议。【Objective/Meaning】Since China’s accession to the WTO,the scale of agricultural foreign direct investment has been constantly expanding,which has not only promoted the rapid development of agricultural economy,but also brought some pressure to the ecological environment.The analysis of the impact of agricultural foreign direct investment on the agricultural non-point source pollution can provide a reference for the local governments to formulate the policies of attracting investment in accordance with the local environment.【Methods/Procedures】Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2002 to 2016,the fixed effect model was used to conduct an empirical test on the environmental effects of agricultural foreign direct investment in China.【Results/Conclusions】The research results showed that the expansion of agricultural foreign direct investment has significantly increased the emission of pollution from agricultural non-point sources.In addition,the growth of agricultural GDP and the rising of agricultural capital-labor ratio have aggravated the agricultural non-point source pollution,while the agricultural technology input has reduced the agricultural non-point source pollution.Based on this,the countermeasures were put forward including optimizing the policy of attracting investment,perfecting the supporting facilities of urban and rural environmental protection,increasing the investment of agricultural scientific research and strengthening the education of rural environmental protection.
