摘　　要：办好一本优秀的科技期刊,离不开青年专家的支持。一支年龄结构合理、工作职能明确的编委会队伍对期刊的可持续发展发挥着积极的作用。通过一项问卷调查,对30~50岁的青年专家进行了重点关注,获得了他们参与期刊工作的心理活动和行为模式,探讨了其转化为青年编委需具备的素质,提出要建设青年编委队伍,结构合理是基础,期刊平台是关键,专家的责任感和奉献精神是开展期刊工作的长远保障。To run an excellent science and technology journal,the support of young experts is necessary.An editorial board with reasonable age structure and clear functions plays an active role in the sustainable development of journals.Through a questionnaire survey,this paper focuses on the young experts aged 30-50,obtains their psychological activities and behavior patterns of participating in periodical work,probes into the qualities they need to have when they are transformed into young editorial boards,and puts forward that to build a team of young editorial boards,reasonable structure is the foundation,periodical platform is the key,and the sense of responsibility and dedication of experts is the long-term guarantee for the development of periodical work.
