摘　　要：氯胺酮作为一种临床常用的麻醉药品,自上世纪60年代开始投入使用,至今已有近60年的历史。它从麻醉用药到毒品,再到新型抗抑郁药物,都与人类的生活息息相关。如何合理的使用、加强管制成为限制氯胺酮应用的关键钥匙。近年来,氯胺酮滥用导致的临床症状成为需要攻克的一大难题。目前对其的治疗手段存在方法单一、副作用大等缺点。中医药在我国具有悠久历史,具有治疗方剂多、多靶点综合治疗、副作用小等优势。因而成为近年来治疗氯胺酮诱导多种损伤的有效选择。本文就近年来中医药治疗氯胺酮诱导损伤机制的相关研究进展做一综述。As an anesthetic,ketamine has been used in clinic for nearly 60 years since 1960 s.From being a clinical anesthetic to a drug,and then to a new type of antidepressant,ketamine is increasingly involved in our daily life.How to use it reasonably as a drug has become the key to restrict the application of ketamine.Prevention and treatment of clinical diseases caused by ketamine abuse is an urgent problem.There are still shortcomings in the clinical treatment of ketamine abuse-induced diseases,such as single method,severe side effects and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history of application in China.Compared with Western medicine,it has many advantages,such as various prescriptions available,multi-target comprehensive treatment and less side effects.Therefore,TCM is expected to become a better choice for treating ketamine-induced multiple injuries.This article reviews the recent advances in the mechanism of ketamine-induced injury treated by TCM.
