摘 要:研究了茄子叶色性状与基因间互作关系的遗传模型,为茄子高光效育种提供理论依据。利用P1、P2、F1、BC1、BC2和F2六个世代,采用植物数量性状分离分析方法对茄子叶色农艺性状进行遗传模型分析,通过运行R语言SEA软件包得出数据,基于赤池信息量准则(Akaike's information criterion,AIC准则)对比数据,并选择AIC值最小的或较小的作为备选模型。最后通过适合性测验U12、U22、U32(均匀性检验),nW2(Smirnov检验)及Dn(Kolmogorov检验)从备选模型中选择最优的遗传模型。结果显示茄子叶色性状受两对加性主基因和加性显性多基因控制,为茄子叶色改良和育种、叶色关键基因的定位和克隆控制等奠定了理论基础。In order to improve the plant breeding technology with high photosynthetic efficiency,we clarified the genetic model and the mode of gene action of leaf color traits in eggplant(Solanum melongena L.).Six generations(P1,P2,F1,BC1,BC2and F2)were analyzed by genetic analysis of leaf color in eggplant,using analytic methods of plant quantitative traits.Data were obtained by running the R language SEA software package,and AIC(Akaike's information criterion)values were selected according to AIC criteria.We chose the minimum value or smaller value as the alternative model.Finally,the optimal genetic model was selected by suitability tests U12、U22、U32(homogeneity test),nW2(Smirnov test)and Dn(Kolmogorov test).The results showed that the leaf color trait of eggplant were controlled by the two additive main genes and polygene with additive-dominance.This conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the breeding of improving the leaf color traits and mapping or cloning the key genes.
