摘　　要：随着当代教育理念的不断更新,以辅导员名师工作室为依托的大学生学业辅导模式已成为大学生教育的发展趋势。该文分析了高校开展大学生学业辅导的意义及目前辅导模式存在的问题,介绍了高校辅导员名师工作室的相关概念内容、建设背景及建设意义,研究探讨了如何有效地构建高校辅导员名师工作室,以此拓宽大学生学业辅导的路径,帮助大学生更好地成长学习,为社会培育栋梁之材。With the continuous updating of contemporary education concepts,it is a new trend of college student education to develop a teaching model of academic counseling for college students based on famous counselors'studios.This paper analyzes the significance of academic counseling for college students and the problems in the current counseling model.Then it introduces the relevant concepts of famous counselors'studios in colleges and universities as well as the background and significance of academic counseling for college students based on famous counselors'studios.It also explores how to effectively establish famous counselors'studios in colleges and universities,in order to enrich the path of efficient academic counseling for college students based on them,help college students to grow and learn better,and cultivate useful members of the society.
