摘　　要：“校园贷”是近年来高校中出现的一种新型的社会问题和法律问题。自2016年以来,国家相关部门为打击和防范“校园贷”,确保高校正常的管理秩序,维护在校大学生合法的权益,先后制定和出台了一系列法律法规。但是,“校园贷”问题并没有得到彻底的解决,相反其改头换面,采取一些新的形式入侵校园。因此,进一步分析高校“校园贷”的现状和特点,寻求防范对策,有着十分重要的价值和意义。"Campus loan"is a new social and legal problem in colleges and universities in recent years.Since 2016,in order to crack down on and prevent"campus loan",ensure the normal management order of colleges and universities and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of college students,the relevant state departments have formulated and issued a series of laws and regulations,but the"campus loan"problem has not been completely solved.On the contrary,it is still spreading in the campus through some new forms and methods,such as face changing.Therefore,it is of great value and significance to further analyze the current situation and characteristics of"campus loan"in colleges and universities and to seek countermeasures.
