摘　　要：高校有温度的思想政治教育就是充满人文关怀的思想引导工作,体现的是以人为本的教育初心[1]。把思想政治教育做到有温度,具体体现在辅导员关爱学生的精神生活、提高学生的主体意识、提升学生工作的亲和力和针对性、加强工作设计等方面。因此,要坚持思想政治教育的问题导向,有针对性地开展有温度的辅导员工作,以更好地开发高校的思想政治教育功能。Warm ideological and political education refers to the ideological guidance that is full of humanistic care in colleges and universities,reflecting the original intention of people-oriented education[1].Warm ideological and political education is specifically reflected in counselors'care for students'spiritual life,improvement of students'subjective awareness,enhancing of the affinity and pertinence of student work,and strengthening of work design.This requires the implementation of warm and targeted work by counselors adhering to problem-oriented ideological and political education,in order to give full play to the function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
