摘　　要：个案全过程教学法是实践教学中的全新尝试,这种全新教学模式在法律实践教学中的应用,是对传统案例教学的改革创新,其目的是为了提升法学专业学生的实践能力,通过还原真实的案件场景,从多方面锻炼学生的律师业务素养,并在教学中取得了不错的成效,值得在教学中推广应用。The whole-process case-based teaching method is a new attempt in practice teaching.The application of this new teaching model in legal practice teaching is a reform and innovation of traditional case-based teaching.Its purpose is to improve the practical ability of law students,and improve their professional quality from multiple aspects by restoring the scenes of real cases.Good results has been achieved,so it is worthy of promotion and application in teaching.
