结构式团体心理咨询在提升大学生宿舍人际关系能力中的应用

摘　　要：面对大学生宿舍人际关系的现状,提出团体心理咨询的干预对策。结合团体心理学的相关理论,制订出实施方案,以探索团体心理咨询在提升大学生宿舍人际关系中的作用。通过研究发现,本次团体心理咨询有效地促进了大学生对自我、他人以及环境的觉察能力,大学生人际交往的正向情绪体验得到增强。同时,大学生人际交往的表达能力、沟通能力、合作能力、人际矛盾应对和处理能力都得以提升。Faced with the current situation of college students'dormitoryinterpersonal relationship,this paper puts forward the intervention countermeasure of group counseling.Combined with the related theories of group psychology,the implementation plans aremade to explore the role of group counseling in improving college students'dormitoryinterpersonal relationship.Through the research,it is found that this group counseling effectively promotes college students'awareness ability of themselves,others and environments,enhances the positiveemotional experience in college students'interpersonal communication and meanwhile improves their expression ability,communication skills,cooperation ability,response and handling ability to interpersonal conflicts in college students'interpersonal communication.
