论对分课堂对高校思政课教学的变革

摘　　要：对分课堂是近年进入高校思政课教学中并且日益受到关注的教学模式。它辩证处理了以教师为中心和以学生为中心两种教学理念之间的关系,既发挥了教师的主导作用,又尊重了学生的主体性,是一种在教师教法和学生学法方面都有所创新的教学新模式。对分课堂包括讲授、内化和讨论三个主要环节,在讲授阶段的最大创新是提出了“导读式”的讲授方法。在内化和讨论阶段的最大创新是提出了“亮考帮”的讨论工具。对分课堂为学生独学和讨论设计了清晰的程序和方法,提升了思政课的教学效果。In recent years,the PAD Class has entered the ideological and political teaching in the universities.It dialectically deals with the relationship between teachers and students.It not only plays the leading role of teachers,but also respects the subjectivity of students.Divided into three main parts:teaching,internalization and discussion,the teaching method of"guided reading"is put forward in the teaching stage.At the stage of internalization and discussion,the discussion tool of"Liang Kao Bang"was put forward.It designs clear procedures and methods for students'independent study and discussion,which improves the teaching effect of Ideological and political courses.
