加强高校二级学院纪检委员作用发挥的思考

摘　　要：随着高校二级学院管理体系逐渐深化,二级学院的党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争形势日益严峻,纪检委员在推进全面从严治党向基层延伸中有着重要的地位和作用。但纪检委员工作目前还存在着职责不明确、缺乏相关考核和保障机制等问题,影响着其作用的有效发挥。文章着力围绕加强二级学院纪检委员作用发挥的必要性,实际工作中存在的问题和原因,提出了加强纪检委员作用发挥的具体对策。With the gradual deepening of the management system of secondary colleges in colleges and universities,the construction of party conduct and integrity and the struggle against corruption in secondary colleges and universities have become increasingly serious.Disciplinary inspection committee members play an important role in promoting the comprehensive extension of strict party governance to the grass-roots level.However,there are still some problems in the work of discipline inspection commissioners,such as unclear responsibilities and lack of relevant assessment and guarantee mechanism,which affect the effective play of their role.This paper focuses on the necessity of strengthening the role of discipline inspection committee members in secondary colleges,the problems in the actual work and the reasons,and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to strengthen the role of discipline inspection committee members.
