摘  要:甲状腺癌治疗项目产生的放射性废水会被存放在专门的衰变池中,直到符合国家卫生排放要求方可排放。废水存放过程中衰变池周围辐射势必会对人体造成伤害,因此,衰变池必须要进行屏蔽使其周围剂量低于剂量限值。本文以某医院甲状腺癌治疗项目为参考,对每级衰变池内的浓度计算公式做了进一步推导。使用体源公式计算衰变池外侧的剂量当量率,并通过MCNP模拟验证了公式计算结果的正确性。对体源的减弱倍数公式进行了推导,得到了适用于体源的减弱倍数表,根据减弱倍数表可以得到衰变池的屏蔽厚度,从而为医院核医学科衰变池屏蔽厚度的设计提供重要参考。Radioactive waste water from a cancer treatment program is stored in a specialized decay pool until it meets state health requirements. However, in the process of storage, the radiation around the decay pool is bound to cause harm to human body, so the decay pool must be shielded to make the surrounding dose lower than the dose limit. This article takes a hospital’s cancer treatment project as the reference, and the formula for calculating the concentration in each decay cell is derived. The dose equivalent rates of the outside of the decay pool are calculated using the volume source formula, and the correctness of the formula is verified by MCNP simulation. The attenuation multiple formula of the volume source is deduced, and the attenuation multiple table applicable to the volume source is obtained. According to the attenuation multiple table, the shielding thickness of the decay pool can be obtained. This provides an important reference for the design of the shielding thickness of the decay pool in the nuclear medicine department of the hospital.
