摘　　要：半夏厚朴汤常用于治疗痰凝气滞所造成的疾病,如慢性咽炎、梅核气、抑郁症、慢性胃炎、妇女恶阻等。中医理论中,人体主要消化系统为肝与脾,在气机调畅的情况下,才能保证脏腑正常活动,如果出现肝气瘀滞、肺气失宣,脾失健运,肝脾肺则会出现病理变化。半夏厚朴汤应用于临床治疗中时,要根据病因病机,结合气郁生痰,痰涎凝聚的病理变化进行辨证论治,灵活加减应用。本文探讨陈园桃教授用半夏厚朴汤治疗舌麻经验。Banxia Houpu Decoction is commonly used to treat diseases caused by phlegm and qi stagnation,such as chronic pharyngitis,syphilis,depression,chronic gastritis,and women's nausea.In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the main digestive system of the human body is the liver and spleen.Only when the ventilator is regulated can normal activities of the viscera be ensured.Pathological changes.Banxiahoupu decoction should be used in clinical treatment,according to the etiology and pathogenesis,combined with the pathological changes of qi stagnation and phlegm,phlegm and saliva cohesion,syndrome differentiation treatment,flexible application.This article discusses Professor Chen Yuantao's experience in treating tongue anesthesia with Banxia Houpu Decoction.
