宫外孕护理中人文关怀护理模式应用的价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究评价宫外孕护理中人文关怀护理模式应用价值。方法抽选本院2016年12月~2019年10月期间收治宫外孕患者共70例,随机均分2组。患者均接受手术治疗,期间予以对照组基础护理,予以研究组人文护理关怀。对比患者护理前后心理情绪评分变化差异及护理满意度。结果患者治疗前HAMA、HAMD评分组间对比无显著差异,P>0.05;护理后,研究组HAMA、HAMD评分较对照组降低明显,护理满意度获得显著提升,P<0.05。结论人文关怀护理的应用,可有效缓解宫外孕患者不良心理情绪,提升护理体验,应用价值显著。Objective To study and evaluate the application value of the humanistic care model in ectopic pregnancy care.Methods A total of 70 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly selected and divided into two groups from December 2016 to October 2019.All patients received surgical treatment,during which they received basic nursing care in the control group and humanistic nursing care in the research group.Compare the difference of psychological emotion score and nursing satisfaction between patients before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the patients before treatment,P>0.05;after nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly improved,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of humanistic care can effectively relieve the unhealthy psychological emotions of patients with ectopic pregnancy,improve the nursing experience,and have significant application value.
