小儿肺炎应用人性化护理模式的效果

摘　　要：目的研究人性化护理模式应用于小儿肺炎护理中的效果。方法选择罹患小儿肺炎的46例患儿,诊疗记录均来自我院2018年11月~2019年12月,抽签分组,观察组23例,行常规护理以及人性化护理模式,参照组23例,行常规护理。结果观察组治疗依从性、憋喘缓解时间、体温恢复时间以及住院时间、患儿家属各项护理服务满意度评分均更加理想,对比参照组,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组中,以上数据依次是95.65%(22/23)、(3.54±1.17)d、(3.54±0.57)d、(7.45±2.06)d、(95.25±1.25)分,对照组中,以上数据依次是65.21%(15/23)、(6.66±1.35)d、(4.45±0.21)d、(12.26±2.38)d、(80.24±7.54)分,x2=6.7688,t=8.3758,7.1844,7.3285,9.4185。结论将人性化护理模式应用于小儿肺炎护理中,可明显改善患儿各项临床数据,取得理想护理效果。Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing mode applied in the nursing of children pneumonia.Methods 46 cases of children with pneumonia were selected.The diagnosis and treatment records were all from November 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital.The patients were divided into observation group(23 cases)and control group(23 cases)by drawing lots.Routine nursing and humanistic nursing mode were applied.Routine nursing was applied to the control group(23 cases).Results The observation group's treatment compliance,time to relieve wheezing,temperature recovery time,hospitalization time and satisfaction scores of nursing services of the children's families were all more ideal.compared with the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the above data are 95.65%(22/23),(3.541.17)d,(3.540.57)d,(7.452.06)d,(95.251.25)points in turn,while in the control group,the above data are 65.21%(15/23),(6.661.35)d,(4.450.21)d,(12.262.38)d,(80.247.54)points,x2=6.7688,t=8.3758,7 Conclusion Humanized nursing model.
