综合护理对化脓性阑尾炎行腹腔镜切除术患者预后效果的影响评价

摘　　要：目的评价综合护理对化脓性阑尾炎行腹腔镜切除术患者预后效果的影响。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月我院收治的80例化脓性阑尾炎行腹腔镜切除术患者,随机均分为2组。对照组安排常规护理工作,实验组在常规护理的基础上增加优质的综合护理,研究分析两组患者的预后效果。结果实验组患者接受优质的综合护理过后的预后效果明显好于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对化脓性阑尾炎行腹腔镜切除术患者预后效果的影响较好,有利于促进患者的身体康复,提高患者的和生活质量,具有较高的临床价值,值得推广和应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the prognosis of patients with suppurative appendicitis undergoing laparoscopic resection.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,80 patients with suppurative appendicitis who underwent laparoscopic resection were randomly divided into two groups.The control group arranged routine nursing work,the experimental group added high-quality comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and studied and analyzed the prognostic effect of the two groups of patients.Results The prognosis effect of patients in the experimental group after receiving high-quality comprehensive nursing was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was obvious and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a good effect on the prognosis of patients with laparoscopic appendicitis with suppurative appendicitis,which is conducive to promoting the physical recovery of patients and improving the quality of life of patients.It has high clinical value and is worthy of promotion and application.
