摘　　要：为了实现变电站智能视频监控,提出基于监控组态软件的变电站智能视频监控系统设计。在嵌入式的Linux平台中进行系统的总体设计构架,系统主要功能模块有视频信息采集模块、监控组态软件模块、交叉编译模块、程序控制模块、远程信息传输模块、人机交互模块等,采用专家系统引擎控制的方法进行变电站智能视频监控的程序加载,在智能辅助控制系统中进行变电站智能视频监控的监控组态软件设计,在设备布点和线缆敷设过程中进行变电站智能视频监控识别,提取变电站智能视频特征量,采用可视化的运维信息管理方法进行变电站智能视频监控系统的人机交互设计,在集成DSP中进行变电站智能视频监控系统的信息传输控制,提高变电站智能视频监控能力和智能控制能力。仿真测试结果表明,设计的变电站智能视频监控系统可靠性较好,自适应控制能力较强。A substation intelligent video monitoring system based on monitoring and control configuration software is proposed to realize the substation intelligent video monitoring.The overall design framework of the system is realized on the embedded Linux platform.The main functional modules of the system include video information acquisition module,monitoring configuration software module,cross compilation module,program control module,remote information transmission module,human⁃computer interaction module,etc.The program load of the intelligent video monitoring of substation is conducted by means of the expert system engine control method.In the intelligent auxiliary control system,the monitoring configuration software of intelligent video monitoring of the substation is designed.The intelligent video monitoring and identification of substation are carried out in the process of equipment layout and the cable laying to extract the intelligent video characteristic quantity of substation.The human⁃computer interaction design of intelligent video monitoring system of the substation is performed by means of the visual operation and maintenance information management method.The information transmission control of the intelligent video monitoring system of substation is conducted in the integrated DSP to improve the intelligent video monitoring ability and intelligent control ability of substation.The simulation testing results show that the designed intelligent video monitoring system of substation has good reliability and strong self⁃adaptive control ability.
