摘　　要：传统的变电站智能监控系统不能具体显示出存在异常的线路,需要依靠人工分析。为此,设计基于智能可视化管理的变电站智能监控系统。设计视频采集卡捕捉异常情况,将结果展示在可视化模块中,通过该模块管理采集的图像确定异常原因和位置完成系统硬件设计;设计图像处理模块保证采集的视频图像清晰,将数据保存在状态数据库中,为用户提供实时数据,实现智能监控,完成系统软件设计;结合硬件和软件设计完成整个系统的设计。测试结果表明,与传统的监控系统相比,设计的基于智能可视化管理的变电站智能监控系统能够将存在异常情况的线路完整地显示出来,减轻了对人工分析的依赖程度,该系统更适合应用在变电站智能监控中。As the traditional substation intelligent monitoring system can′t specifically show the abnormal lines,and needs to rely on manual analysis,a substation intelligent monitoring system based on intelligent visual management is designed.The video capture card is designed to capture abnormal conditions,and the results are displayed in the visualization module.The collected images are managed by the visualization module to determine the cause and location of the abnormal conditions,so that the system hardware design is completed.The image processing module is designed to ensure that the collected video images are clear,and the data is stored in the state database to provide real⁃time data for users,so as to realize intelligent monitoring and complete the software design.The overall system design is completed in combination of the hardware design and software design.The testing results show that,in comparison with the traditional monitoring system,the designed substation intelligent monitoring system based on intelligent visual management can display the line with abnormal conditions completely and reduce the dependence on manual analysis.The system is more suitable for the substation intelligent monitoring.
