以工业设计带动河北制造业提升的模式与路径研究

摘　　要："工业设计"位于产业链前端,是引领制造业提高产品附加值、占领国内外高端市场、提升整体竞争力的有效途径。目前,随着工业化程度不断深化,河北制造业发展已经完成了量的积累,正在步入高质量发展阶段,亟需以工业设计为突破口和主导力量,加快推动由"河北制造"向"河北创造"转变。在此背景下,河北应抓紧解决制造业高端产品供应不足、技术创新能力薄弱的同时,积极推进工业设计以不同的发展模式向制造业全面渗透,加强工业设计企业沿产业链向制造业拓展延伸,这对于河北推动制造业转型升级和高质量发展具有重大的现实意义。"Industrial design" is at front ends of industrial chains, and an effective path of leading the manufacturing industry towards increasing product added value, occupying high-end markets at home and abroad and improving overall competitiveness. At present, Hebei’s manufacturing industry after completing quantitative accumulation is stepping onto the period of high-quality development along with the industrialization deepening, and there is an urgent need to take industrial design as a breakthrough and a leading force to quickly push forward the transformation of "Hebei’s Manufacture" into "Hebei’s Creation". In this background, Hebei should vigorously push forward comprehensive permeation of industrial design into the manufacturing industry with different modes of development, and strengthen expansion and extension of industrial design enterprises towards the manufacturing industry along industrial chains while paying close attention to solving the problems of inadequate supply of high-end products and weakness of technological innovation capacity in the manufacturing industry, which is of practical significance for Hebei’s pushing forward the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
