摘  要:目的分析多媒体教学方法与CBL教学方法共同结合用于妇科教学过程中的价值。方法对2017年7月—2019年9月在本医院妇科实习的40名医学实习学生实施项目研究,分组选择抽签方法,各组归入20名,实验组选用多媒体教学方法+CBL教学方法,参比组选用单一多媒体教学方法,统计妇科理论知识及操作技能考查分数、妇科教学效果满意统计率、妇科教学质量评估结果。结果实验组妇科理论知识考查分数、妇科操作技能考查分数、妇科教学效果满意统计率、妇科教学质量评估结果优于参比组计算数据,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科教学过程中采用多媒体教学方法+CBL教学方法展示较好教学效果。Objective To analyze the value of the combination of multimedia teaching method and CBL teaching method in gynecology teaching.Methods A project study was carried out on 40 medical students who practiced in gynecology in our hospital from July 2017 to September 2019.They were divided into 20 groups and selected the method of drawing lots.The experimental group used the multimedia teaching method+CBL teaching method.The reference group used the single multimedia teaching method to count the examination scores of gynecology theoretical knowledge and operation skills,the statistical rate of gynecology teaching effect satisfaction,and the gynecology teaching rate Evaluation results of teaching quality.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge of Gynecology,operation skills of Gynecology,satisfaction rate of gynecology teaching and evaluation results of gynecology teaching quality in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of gynecology teaching,multimedia teaching method+CBL teaching method is used to show better teaching effect.
