摘  要:目的随着“海南引进百万人才”政策的推出,对医学高校教师工作满意度的研究和评价越发具有理论和现实的重要意义。对医学高校教师工作满意度进行测量和评价,将有助于医学高校管理者能更好的引进人才和留住人才。方法采用典型相关分析法实证研究海口医学高校教师工作满意度与学校所提供条件因素的相关关系。结果教师满意度与注重程度第一典型相关系数为0.9583(F=52.27,P<0.0001),贡献率为98.23%,表明医学高校教师最注重工作回报,并对个人发展最满意;标准化的典型相关变量表明,满意程度项目里个人发展与注重程度项目里工作回报有着紧密相关联系,校园文化与注重程度项目里工作条件之间有着紧密相关联系。结论医学高校教师注重程度对教师满意度起最大作用,除兼任行政职务的教师更注重人际关系外,其余的更为注重工作回报,对学校最为满意的维度为个人发展与工作回报。Objective With the introduction of"Hainan introduces one million talents"policy,the study and evaluation of university teachers'job satisfaction is more and more important in theory and reality.Measuring and evaluating the work satisfaction of medical college teachers will help the university managers to introduce and retain talents better.Methods Typical correlation analysis method was used to empirically study the correlation between job satisfaction of teachers in Haikou medical college and the conditions provided by the school.Results The first canonical correlation coefficient between teacher satisfaction and degree of attention was 0.9583(F=52.27,P<0.0001),and the contribution rate was 98.23%,indicating that teachers paid the most attention to work return and were most satisfied with personal development.The standardized canonical correlation variables show that there is a close correlation between personal development in satisfaction projects and work rewards in focus projects,and there is a close correlation between campus culture and working conditions in focus projects.Conclusion The degree of teacher focus has the greatest effect on teacher satisfaction.In addition to the teachers who hold administrative posts,they pay more attention to interpersonal relationship,and the others pay more attention to work return.The most satisfactory dimension of school is personal development and work return.
