厦门市思明区学龄前儿童的入园血检分析

摘　　要：目的对厦门市思明区学龄前儿童入园进行血液检验,为了解并预防学龄前儿童贫血、肝炎等疾病提供实验诊断依据。方法科室于2018年7月16日—2018年9月2日对厦门市思明区7332名学龄前儿童分别进行血红蛋白测定和ALT活性测定,并对ALT活性增高者进一步进行HBV二对半检测和抗-HAV、抗-HCV检测。结果贫血检出率为18.1%,以轻度贫血为主;男女儿童贫血差异无统计学意义(男性18.3%vs.女性18.0%)。ALT活性增高54例,占0.7%。在ALT活性增高者中仅1例(占1.9%)HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(+)、抗-HBc(+),俗称“大三阳”,全阴者21例(占38.9%)。结论思明区学龄前儿童生长发育较好,血红蛋白正常者达到81.9%。虽有贫血、乙肝病毒感染者,但程度较轻,发病率很低,这与国民文化和生活水平提高有密切关系,而患病儿童则可能与平时偏食、挑食、营养摄取不平衡有关,家长应密切关注,纠正不良饮食和生活习惯。Objective To conduct a blood test on the admission of preschool children in Siming District,Xiamen City,and to provide experimental diagnosis basis for understanding and preventing anemia,hepatitis and other diseases in preschool children.Methods Undergraduate students were tested for hemoglobin and ALT activity from 7332 preschool children in Siming District,Xiamen from July 162018 to September 22018.Those with increased ALT activity were further tested for hepatieis B in half and anti-HAV,anti-HCV detection.Results The detection rate of anemia was 18.1%,which was mainly mild anemia.There was no significant difference between male and female anemia(18.3%for males vs.18.0%for females).ALT activity increased in 54 cases,accounting for 0.7%.Only 1 case(1.9%)of patients with increased ALT activity was HBsAg(+),HBeAg(+),anti-HBc(+),and 21 cases of total negative(38.9%).Conclusion The preschool children in Siming District have good growth and development,and those with normal hemoglobin reach 81.9%.Although there are patients with anemia and HBV infection,the degree is relatively low and the incidence is very low,which is closely related to the improvement of national culture and living standards,and the children may be affected by normal partial eating,picky eating,and nutrient intake for balance,parents should pay close attention to correcting bad eating and living habits.
