摘　　要：目的对护理质量管理中采取无缝隙护理后的整体效果进行分析。方法将2018年1月—2020年1月期间医院护理科室中的70名护理人员采用电脑随机分配的方式平均分成两组,对比两种护理方式在护理质量管理中的应用效果。结果试验组满意度高于常规组;且病房管理、基础护理质量、护理操作、病历书写质量、健康宣教等护理质量评分较高(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理应用效果显著,既可以在护理质量管理中综合提高医院护理科室的护理质量,同时也可以获得医院护理人员对其护理模式的高度认可和好评。Objective To analyze the overall effect of seamless nursing in nursing quality management.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,70 nurses in the nursing department of our hospital were randomly assigned to two groups by computer,and the application effect of the two nursing methods in nursing quality management was compared.Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the scores of ward management,basic nursing quality,nursing operation,medical record writing quality,health education and other nursing quality were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of seamless nursing application is significant.It can not only improve the nursing quality of our nursing department in nursing quality management,but also obtain the high recognition and praise of our nursing staff for its nursing mode.
