摘　　要：渠道量测水是现代化节水型灌区建设与发展的必然,是强化灌区节水意识、推动科学灌溉和提高灌溉用水利用系数的主要途径。本文以漳河水库灌区量测水现状为依据,对量测水的作用与目的、设备要求、站点现状、方法优缺点等进行了阐述,分析了存在的问题,并提出了解决的办法。本文成果对于引领灌区量测水技术,推动“按田配水,计量收费”政策落实,满足现代化、自动化、信息化的发展要求,意义重大。The measurement of channel water is necessary for the construction and development of modern water-saving irrigation areas.It is the main way to strengthen the consciousness of water-saving in irrigation areas,promote scientific irrigation and improve the utilization coefficient of irrigation water.The current situation of water measurement in Zhanghe River Reservoir irrigation area is adopted as the basis.The function and purpose of water measurement,equipment requirements,site status,advantages and disadvantages of the methods are expounded,the existing problems are analyzed,and the solutions are put forward.It is of great significance to guide the water measurement technology in irrigation areas,promote the implementation of the policy of“water distribution according to the field,metering and charging”,and meet the development requirements of modernization,automation and informatization.
