摘  要:在天然海水侵蚀和冻融循环作用下,与普通混凝土对比,对掺加磨细矿渣(GGBS)海工混凝土的抗冻性和抗氯离子渗透性的耦合性能(简称冻渗性)以及孔结构的细观性能进行了研究。用R值代表混凝土冻渗性指标进行分析讨论,结果表明:掺加磨细矿渣的混凝土,无论掺加引气剂与否,水胶比增大,R值逐渐减小;不掺引气剂,矿粉掺量增大,R值减小;掺加引气剂,矿粉掺量增大,R值增大;引气剂掺量增大,R值增大,但引气剂掺量超过一定极限,R值增长不明显;抗压强度等级在40~60 MPa范围内,其强度值与R值没有明显的规律性。MIP结果表明:掺加矿粉和引气剂的海工混凝土经过冻渗后,无害孔和少害孔的数量较多;R值与最可几孔径大小有明显的反比关系。Research had been made on the coupling property between the frost-resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance of marine concrete mixed with GGBS(hereinafter referred to as frost penetration property)as well as the meso-scale property of its pore structure under the effect of the erosion by natural seawater and the freeze-thaw cycles.In addition,analysis and discussions were carried out by comparing with control concrete and using R-value to represent the frost penetration property index of concrete.The results show that for the concrete mixed with GGBS,whether any air-entraining agent is mixed into it or not,when the water to binder ratio increases,R-value decreases gradually.If no air-entraining agent is mixed,R-value decreases while the mixing amount of mineral powder increases.If air-entraining agent is mixed,R-value increases while the mixing amount of mineral powder increases.If the mixing amount of air-entraining agent increases,R-value increases as well,but the increase of R-value will become unobvious when the mixing amount of air-entraining agent exceeds a certain limit.When the compressive strength ranges from 40 MPa to 60 MPa,there is no obvious law between the strength value and R-value.The MIP results indicate that there are more harmless pores and less harmful pores in the marine concrete mixed with GGBS and air-entraining agent after frost penetration.An obvious inverse relation exists between R-value and the most probable pore size.
