摘  要:以ZnO和CoO为原料,采用固相烧结法制备了模拟叶绿素光谱曲线的绿色无机颜料,探究了该绿色无机颜料在380~1 380 nm波长范围内的光谱曲线和颜色色度的变化规律。研究结果表明:通过调整原料配比、烧结工艺、辅助剂及粉磨参数等,可以调控该无机颜料色度变化(L^*=42.8~54.63,a^*=-8.82^-12.9,b^*=3.19~5.28);CoO是决定颜料色度变化的主要物质,其含量为2.5wt%且烧结温度为1 100℃时,可以制备得到色度最佳、模拟某叶绿素光谱曲线最优的绿色伪装颜料;通过球磨可以改善颜料的粒度进而影响颜色的变化,当球磨时间为1.5 h时颜料具有最佳的粒径和色度值。Using ZnO and CoO as raw materials,green inorganic pigments simulating chlorophyll spectral curve were prepared by solid phase sintering method,and the spectral curve and color chromaticity of the green inorganic pigment in the wavelength range of 380-1380 nm were explored.The results show that the color change of the inorganic pigment can be controlled by adjusting the ratio of raw materials,sintering process,auxiliary agent and grinding parameters(L^*=42.8-54.63,a^*=-8.82--12.9,b^*=3.19-5.28).CoO is the main substance that determines the color change of the pigment.When its content is 2.5wt%and the sintering temperature is 1100℃,the green camouflage pigment is prepared with the best color and simulate the optimal chlorophyll spectral curve.The ball milling improves the pigment particle size in turn affects the change in color.When the ball milling time is 1.5 h,the pigment has the optimal particle size and color value.
