摘　　要：浙江大学医学院附属第一医院在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,从患者就诊、员工管理和环境安全等3个方面,迅速建立并在实践中不断完善的普通门诊应急反应体系,及其所包括的加强预检分诊、门诊流量管控、个人防护培训、改进医疗流程、强化院感督导和门诊环境管理等多项措施,在实际应用中效果明显。实践提示,大型三甲医院应结合国家政策和疫情形势,进一步健全门诊应急管理体系;建立门诊流量调控制度;全面提高筛查能力,建立追踪反查流程;加强对门诊感染防控的监管力度和精细度。During the prevention and control of the New Coronary Pneumonia Outbreak, the The First Affiliated Hospital of College of Medicine of Zhejiang University quickly established and continuously improved the general outpatient emergency response system from the three aspects of patient consultation, staff management and environmental safety, and included Various measures such as strengthening pre-examination and triage, outpatient flow control, personal protection training, improving medical procedures, strengthening hospital sense supervision and outpatient environment management, etc. have achieved obvious results in practical applications. Practice hints that large-scale top three hospitals should further improve the outpatient emergency management system in accordance with national policies and epidemic situations;establish an outpatient flow control system;comprehensively improve screening capabilities, establish a tracking and anti-inspection process;and strengthen the supervision and precision of outpatient infection prevention and control degree.
