摘　　要：目的:总结62例使用生物制剂患者在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的安全管理要点,帮助患者正确用药,规范治疗,预防感染,顺利度过疫情防控期。方法:28例患者采用电话随访,34例患者采用视频随访,随访内容包括:病情评估,用药指导,自我防护,功能锻炼,饮食宣教,心理疏导等。结果:所有患者均情绪稳定,未发现病情加重或复发;正确居家隔离,无新型冠状病毒肺炎发生。结论:通过安全管理小组成员及时有效的指导,使用生物制剂患者在积极做好疫情防控同时能安全、规范、不间断用药,取得良好的临床效果。[Objective] To summarize the safety management key points of 62 patients using biological agents during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) epidemic, and make sure the drugs were correctly administered, diseases were well controlled without infection, and successfully pass the COVID-19 prevention and control period. [Method] 28 patients were followed up by telephone, and 34 patients were followed up by video telephone. The content included: condition assessment, medication guidance, self-protection, functional exercise, dietary education, psychological counseling, etc. [Result]All patients were in stable mood;no aggravation or recurrence occurred;correct isolation at home, and no novel coronavirus pneumonia occurred. [Conclusion]Through timely and effective guidance from the members of the safety management team,the patients using biological agents can actively prevent and control the epidemic situation while being able to use safely, standardized and uninterrupted medication to maintain good clinical outcome.
