中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流两种固定方法的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流2种固定方式的效果。方法:2018年1-6月中心静脉导管行胸腔置管引流采用普通3M透明敷贴固定为对照组;2018年7-12月中心静脉导管行胸腔置管引流采用3M加强透明敷贴固定为观察组。2组使用相同的中心静脉导管、置管方法、护理及宣教内容。比较2组导管滑脱的发生数、敷贴卷边数及敷贴更换增加次数。结果:观察组导管滑脱发生率1.92%、敷贴卷边率3.20%、敷贴更换增加率1.92%,均明显低于对照组(10.2%、11.56%、8.84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流应用3M加强透明敷贴固定能有效降低导管滑脱率,减少敷贴卷边和敷贴更换的次数,提高导管护理质量。[Objective] Compare the effects of two fixed methods of central venous catheter drainage in the chest. [Method]The patients who underwent thoracic catheter drainage with central venous catheter in our hospital in 2018 were studied. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was fixed with ordinary 3 M transparent application, and the observation group was fixed with 3 M reinforced transparent application. The central venous catheters, catheterization methods, care and missions used in both groups were identical. The number of catheter slips, the number of application curls, and the number of application replacements were observed.[Result] In the observation group, the incidence of catheter slippage, the rate of application curling and the rate of application replacement were lower than those of the control groupThe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The application of 3 M reinforced transparent applicator in central venous catheter drainage can effectively reduce the rate of catheter slippage, reduce the number of application curling and application replacement, and improve the quality of catheter care.
