摘  要:考虑生态受损地区受损程度确定对生态损害量化及修复方案制定具有的重要参考意义,针对堤防建设干扰区干扰机理与特点,从生态环境、生态景观、生态系统服务、生态恢复力4方面选取干扰区生态状况表征因子,构建以干扰作用下因子变化度为指标的生态受损评价体系,根据评价的模糊特性建立回归支持向量机(SVR)模型,评价黑龙江干流堤防建设干扰区生态受损情况,并采用模糊物元可拓方法验证其合理性。结果表明,位于漠河市、逊克县、抚远市的三个典型标段均为中度受损,生态环境和生态恢复力为主要受损要素,应优先获得生态补偿。研究结果可为类似水利工程建设干扰区域的生态受损研究提供借鉴。Considering the significance of determining the degree of damage in ecologically damaged areas for the quantification of ecological damage and the formulation of restoration plans,this paper selected the characterization factors of ecological status in interfered zone from the four aspects of ecological environment,ecological landscape,ecosystem services and ecological resilience based on the mechanism and characteristic of the interference of dike construction.The ecological damage evaluation system was built with the factor variation degree under the interference as the index.According to the fuzzy characteristic of the evaluation,Support Vector Machine for Regression(SVR)model was established to evaluate the ecological damaged status of the interfered area of dike construction on the main stream of Heilongjiang River,and fuzzy matter-element extentics method was used to verify the rationality.The results show that three typical sections in Mohe,Xunke and Fuyuan are moderately damaged,and ecological environment and ecological resilience are the main damage elements,which should be given ecological compensation preferentially.The research findings can provide reference for ecological damage research on the interfered area of the similar water conservancy project construction.
