织缝一体袜机现状及新技术趋势

摘　　要：基于第19届上海国际纺织工业展览会参展织缝一体袜机的基本情况,分析目前国产织缝一体袜机的发展现状,并提出新技术发展趋势。本次展会国外袜机厂商没有参展,共有8家国内参展商展出了16台国产带自动缝头装置的织缝一体袜机,分别是海润精工、凯强、越发、振兴、叶晓、嘉志利、伟焕和德盟欧,其中嘉志利和德盟欧是第一次参展。展出机器型号和主要技术特点为:缝头装置实现国产化,袜机部分编织平针、毛圈或任意毛圈,不影响自动缝头。同时指出缝头质量和稳定性是设备改进的关键。Based on the basic situation of hosiery machines with toe-closed device in 19th Shanghai Textile Industry Exhibition, the development status of domestic equipment is analyzed, and the development trend of new technology is put forward. In this exhibition, foreign hosiery machine manufacturers exhibition, and a total of 8 domestic manufacturers and sales companies exhibites 16 domestic kntting and sewing hosiery machines with toeclosed device, which are Hairun precision machine, Kaiqiang, Yuefa machine, Zhenxing, Yexiao, Jiazhili, Weihuan and Demengou, and among them, Jiazhili and Demengou are the first to participate in the exhibition. The types and main technological features of the exhibited machines include that the hosiery machine toe-closed device has been localized, hosiery machine can knit plain, terry or arbitrary terry but without affecting the automatic stocking toe sewing. At the same time, it points out that the quality and stability of the sewing stocking toe is the key to the equipment improvement.
