摘 要:采用7.8 tex锦纶66、8.3 tex改性涤纶、7.8 tex氨纶混纺面料,通过研究不同定形工艺对面料伸长率、白度、缩率的影响,设计了分步定形工艺,研究其对拉伸弹性、模量和尺寸稳定性的影响,并最终确定了最佳的定形工艺,并测试了面料的弹性和尺寸稳定性。结果表明,采用分步定形工艺生产的面料具有优异的弹性和较好的尺寸稳定性,手感柔软、触感舒适。Using 7.8 tex polyamide 66,8.3 tex modified polyester,and 7.8 tex spandex blended fabric as research object,through studying the influence of different heat-setting process on the elongation,whiteness and shrinkage of the fabric,the step hest-setting process was designed,the influencing factors on tensile elasticity,modulus and dimensional stability was studied,and finally the optimum setting process was determined,and the elasticity and dimensional stability of the fabric were tested.The result show that the fabric produced by the step hest-setting process has excellent elastic recovery and good dimensional stability,soft hand,and comfortable touch.
