摘 要:为提高羊毛混纺产品定量方法的检测效率和结果稳定性,改变传统的振荡溶解模式,通过引进恒温超声技术建立新的、更有效的定量方法,以DOE响应曲面法进行新方法的参数确立(40℃超声23min)。结果表明,超声法的试验时间为23 min,仅为振荡法(40 min)的57.5%,试验效率高于振荡法;羊毛棉混纺样品的超声法相对标准偏差小于0.50%,低于振荡法的相对标准偏差(小于1.00%),超声法对实际样品的检测结果精密度优于振荡法。In order to improve the efficiency and stability of the quantitative method for wool blended products analysis and change the traditional mode of oscillating dissolution,a new and more effective quantitative method was established by introducing constant temperature ultrasound technology,and the parameters of the new method were determined by DOE response surface analysis(40℃ for ultrasound 23 minutes).The results show that the testing time of the ultrasonic method is 23 minutes,which is only 57.5% of that of the oscillation method(40 minutes).The test efficiency of the ultrasonic method is higher than that of the oscillation method.The relative standard deviation of wool and cotton blended samples by ultrasonic method is less than 0.5%,lower than that by oscillation method(less than 1.0%),and the precision of ultrasonic method is better than that by oscillation method.
