硫酸法烷基化工艺在荆门石化的工业应用

摘　　要：中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的SINOALKY硫酸法烷基化技术在中国石化荆门石化分公司进行了工业应用。200 kt·a^-1烷基化工业装置在未满负荷条件下,烷基化油辛烷值(RON)达到96.6~97.0,酸耗为95 kg·t^-1。该装置具有反应工艺流程简单、操作简单、设备易维护、酸耗低、产品质量稳定的特点。The SINOALKY technology for sulfuric acid alkylation developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing has been applied in SINOPEC Jingmen Company.The RON of alkylate reaches 96.6~97.0 and the acid consumption is 95 kg·t^-1 under the condition of under load of 200 kt·a^-1 alkylation unit.The unit has the characteristics of simple reaction process,simple operation,easy maintenance,low acid consumption and stable product quality.
