摘 要:公安院校师资招聘制度对于公安院校的发展具有深远影响,目前全国32所公安院校根据单位性质呈现出不同的招聘模式。通过对近两年招聘方案进行分析,结合招聘工作的现实特点,透露出目前公安院校在师资招聘工作方面行政化色彩浓厚、招聘的主动性不足、针对性不强等问题。为此需要通过扩大院校招聘自主权、科学设计招聘条件、拓宽招聘渠道、提高师资引进待遇、保障招聘工作公正公开等途径完善师资招聘制度,以此促进招聘工作的科学性和有效性,推动公安院校师资队伍长远发展。The teacher recruitment system has a profound influence on the development of police colleges.Currently,32 public security colleges across the country present different recruitment models according to the nature of the unit.Through the analysis of the recruitment plan in the past two years,combined with the practical characteristics of the recruitment work,it is revealed that the current public security colleges have a strong administrative color in the recruitment of teachers,insufficient recruitment initiative,and poor pertinence.To this end,it is necessary to improve the recruitment system of teachers by expanding the autonomy of college recruitment,scientifically designing recruitment conditions,expanding recruitment channels,improving the introduction of teachers,and ensuring the fair and open recruitment,so as to promote the scientificity and effectiveness of recruitment and promote the long-term development of teachers in police colleges.
