摘 要:目前全国公安机关对电子数据取证人才的需求量较大,各公安政法院校开设电子数据取证类课程的教学目标往往侧重技术能力的培训而忽视了侦查意识的培养,使得毕业生很难在到任岗位后第一时间介入涉网案件的查处工作。为解决这一问题,应着力开展相应改革,以公安工作的能力需求为导向,完善教学知识体系,提高实践教学能力。在“电子数据取证”课程教学中通过精选案例,以侦查各环节的任务驱动技术应用,适时引入、培养、强化侦查意识,更好地实现专业人才培养目标。Currently the public security has a big demand for the talents of electric data forensics nationwide.The teaching goals of electric data forensics in the police and justice colleges focus on training the technical skills,but ignore training the investigative thinking.So it is hard for the graduates or the police officers who finish courses to get involved in investigating network-related cases at once when they get to work.In order to solve this problem,the corresponding reformation should be focused,the demand for the public security work ability should be the guidance,the teaching knowledge system should be perfected and the practical teaching ability should be improved.In teaching the course of Electric Data Forensics,by selecting the qualified cases and based on the task-driven technique application the each investigative section,the investigative thinking can be introduced,trained and strengthened to better achieve the goal of professional talents training.
