补肾安神汤治疗失眠(肾阴亏虚证)的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究补肾安神汤治疗失眠(肾阴亏虚证)的临床疗效。方法:选取大庆龙南医院中医科收治的失眠患者112例作为研究对象,利用计算机抽签法将其平均分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。观察组接受补肾安神汤治疗,对照组接受安定片治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为98.21%,对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为85.71%,观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾安神汤治疗失眠(肾阴亏虚证)患者效果显著,能显著的改善患者的睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Bushen Anshen Decoction in the treatment of insomnia(kidney yin deficiency syndrome).Methods:A total of 112 patients with insomnia admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups by computer lottery.One group received Bushen Anshen Decoction for treatment group and the other group received Antoning Tablet.For the control group,compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 98.21%in the treatment group and 85.71%in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Anshen Decoction is effective in treating insomnia(kidney-yin deficiency syndrome)and can significantly improve the quality of sleep.
