舒适护理在小儿胃镜检查中的作用探讨及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究舒适护理在小儿胃镜检查中的作用。方法:选取2019年2至10月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的无痛胃镜检查儿童40例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组则进行舒适护理。比较2组的恶心、呕吐、中途停止检查发生情况,平均检查所需时间、睡眠评分、清醒时间及完成度、患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组的恶心、呕吐及中途停止发生率显著低于对照组,平均检查所需时间、睡眠评分、检查结束后清醒时间均优于对照组,完成度及家长对胃镜检查护理工作各方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理有助于减少患儿胃镜检查时的不适感,提高其依从性,帮助尽快完成检查,患儿家长满意度高,值得推广。Objective:To observe the role of comfortable nursing in children with gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 40 cases of children with painless gastroscopy in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2019 to October 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 20 cases in each group according to the order of admission.The control group were with routine nursing,and the observation group were with comfort nursing.Then the incidence of nausea,vomiting and stopping examination,average time needed for examination,sleep score,awake time,completion degree and satisfaction of parents for nursing of two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of nausea,vomiting and midway stop of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the average examination time,sleep score and wake-up time after examination were better than those of control group,the completion degree and satisfaction of parents for nursing were higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfortable nursing can help to reduce the discomfort of children during gastroscopy,improve their compliance,and help to complete the examination as soon as possible,so the parents of children have high satisfaction,it is worth popularizing.
